**(03-21-2021) NOTE: I changed the title from 'Incomplete Incompetence' to what it is, now, since... if I'm being completely honest, I've been partial to this song's title for years even since its conception, and think I've let it pass for long enough.

The new title 'Retuning Rigadoon' is a reference to my imagination's depiction of this song being lyrically sung by a teacher to their student on restringing their cello to hype and ease them into it not being so daunting so long as you do it right, and you'll be playing in no time.

It being an enthusiastic musical number, the most befitting result I could find for a dance so I don't exhaust the word "tango" is "rigaudon" or "rigadoon": a lively dance for couples. Eitherway, this song more-than-likely doesn't befit either type of musical dance, but my heart seems to rest confidently with this new title.

As to why it was 'Incomplete Incompetence' before was because for 2017, I wanted to have the lot of songs in here have alliterations that touch every letter of the alphabet at least once.

There's nothing wrong with alliterations nor having song titles explore the alphabet so long as they come as they do... but when for-psychological-satisfaction/fulfillment's-sake begins to distort the most befitting intent, that's where I have to put my foot down and re-evaluate. Fortunately, this seems to be the only case of this happening.
